Today we will begin our 30 day water fast challenge carbs, rice, bread, sugar, chips and soda will all be removed from this fast. It is very important that when you follow this fast you drink water continuously weight loss results will be seen in a matter of days if discipline is your guide while doing this fast. To start off your fast make sure your system is free of debree some people engage in the laxative method to ride the intestines of matter not healthy for the body, remember every individual is different so always talk to your health doctor before starting any diets or fast.
